Each time Oppressing Howl is removed from a player it will trigger an Echoing Howl, dealing damage to the whole raid.The goal is to remove each players Oppressing Howl debuff before Glittering Surge is cast, which will stun the player and deal damage for 12 seconds if the player still has the debuff.Oppressing Howl can be removed by being hit Mass Disintegrate or Searing Breath.The boss will cast an Oppressing Howl, applying a debuff to every player which will enhance one of the boss’s abilities when that player is struck.A more in-depth description of the encounter can be found in the "Full Guide” section.
